Alix here introducing a friendship card. In my life, I had different friends in different period of life time. To be honestly, I will not be me without having them. I've been through a few tough time since I moved to United States. My friends were always being there for me when I needed help. I was trying best to be there for them as well.
I just received this stamp set from Butterfly Reflections Ink and I could not wait a minute to play with it. This stamp set contains lots of elements for scene building which means you could mix and match as needed for all occasions.
To start making this card, I stamped all images with Memento ink in Rich Coco and colored with Copic markers. One thing I want to mention is that I used Uni-ball Signo White gel pen to add interest on hedgehog, it turned out pretty good. I ink blended the background by using Tim Holtz distress oxide ink in Cracked Pistachio and Salty Ocean . I splattered water mixture of these two colors onto the background using a paint brush.
I cut the background using Pretty Pink Posh Storybook 6 Die to create windows. I attached a piece of acetate and two layers of foam tape behind the windows to create dimensions. Then I added Pretty Pink Posh 4mm Sparkling Clear Sequins to lighten up the background.
So Adorable !
